Each job is divided into phases

Phase I: Data is provided to two separate operators where output is generated in two different files.

Phase II: These files are electronically compared and any discrepancies are corrected by a third operator.

Phase III: Data is audited to make sure the required accuracy of 99.96% is achieved and dispatched to the client via the client preferred method.
